因上次 Boxing Day 邊爐有朋友向隅，新年後特設第二輪邊爐。
除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
