因公務到香港大學志華館考察，順道棎訪舊同事 Wilson Kwok，中午到中華廚藝學院午餐。很久沒去中廚吃飯了，算一算，對上一次在那裡吃飯已經是 2015 年 1 月了。

因疫情關係，原先訂好的機票一再改期，直至 2021 年 9 月左右，收到消息指媽媽在美國跌倒，便決定如期赴美，當時回港需要隔離 21 日。
