Joan 知我很想去長崎朝聖，特地安排了一次福岡、長崎、佐世保之旅。五天行程，到訪過六間教堂及二十六聖人紀念館，最後一天留在福岡遊覽。
上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
