這次北海道之旅可算來得突然，二月時人事部告知我要在三月底前清五天假，否則將被當作放棄。如是者，便四處看看有沒有平機票，剛巧看北海道機票才五千元上下，便計劃了五天行程。

這是第二年出席日本的學術會議了，上年在大阪，今年在神戶。在會議前後及空餘時間，除了遊覽神戶外，我還去了幾個鄰近的旅遊勝地，包括姬路、淡路島、岡山及倉敷等。
