回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

來到沖繩後，發覺許多地方不似預期，但多了點驚喜。石垣牛、阿古豬不似預期，刺身也沒有想像中好，但沖繩麵卻令人驚喜。沖繩少了一點日本味道，多了一點中國和美國的影子。
