因公務到香港大學志華館考察，順道棎訪舊同事 Wilson Kwok，中午到中華廚藝學院午餐。很久沒去中廚吃飯了，算一算，對上一次在那裡吃飯已經是 2015 年 1 月了。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
