因上次 Boxing Day 邊爐有朋友向隅，新年後特設第二輪邊爐。
六月份一個跟職訓局到北京清華大學的交流活動。為期七天，除了每天到清華大學上課外，還參觀了昇旗、天安門廣場、吉利大學、國家博物館及 798 藝術區。
2010 年夏天，Ko 到耕地種菜，順道來上水探我，之後去了元朗三上吃日本菜。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
