是次旅行比較即興，原因是 Joan 公司農曆年放長假，為免浪費了假期，便計劃到日本旅行。我對京都有一份情意結，原因是眾多日本都巿之中，唯獨京都的古蹟保存得比較完整。

這天即慶到谷埔遊，原因有三，一）有人想買蜜糖；二）日本買了二手相機，總要找個理由試一試；三）夏季將至，襯乍暖還寒之際，有得行山好行了。

年晚訂了鴻星盆菜晚飯，因為太好餸，半盆盆菜留到年初一在上水打邊爐。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
