我在二零一四年的復活節領洗了，一同領洗的還有 Sita 的丈夫及兒子 Hindi 及周三晚慕道班的一眾弟兄姊妹們。

是日到香港公園試鏡前到中環吃早餐。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
